Proenza Schouler's Cute & Colorful Mini Dresses

I was sooo excited to see the strong staying power of the mini dress at Proenza Schouler's Fall 2008 showcase. I can't understand why some people are so quick to write off a good trend. Those dresses were absolutely adorable. I don't understand why they're not more widely available from other fashion houses (not just high fashion ones either). I don't wear skirts or dresses often but I'd definitely wear one of those.
