Monica Cruz (Penelope Cruz look-a-like sister) was spotted wearing a cute strapless knit dress (with pockets!) at the Majestic Pier on October 13, 2008 in Cannes, France.  I like it because it's a simple, basic piece, but still fabulously chic.  You can't get lines too much cleaner than this.
